John Stamos: If You Would Have Told Me

Can’t wait to read this one soon.

“If you would have told a young John Stamos flipping burgers at his dad’s fast-food joint that one day he’d be a household name and that, at the height of his success, he’d be living alone, divorced, with no kids, high on a cocktail of forgetting, he might’ve asked, “You want fries with that?”

John burst onto the scene in General Hospital, propelling him into the teen idol stratosphere, a place that’s often a point of no return. But Stamos beat the odds and over the past four decades has proved himself to be one of his generation’s most successful and beloved actors. Whether showing off his comedic chops on Full House or his dramatic skills on ER, pushing the boundaries on Broadway or living out his youthful dreams as an honorary Beach Boy, John has surprised everyone, most of himself"

Yes I got it!

I was (still is) obsessed with this case. Watched every documentary that I could find. Watched the whole trial all the way through the sentencing. I do want to watch the interview with his surviving son. I watched the Lifetime movie. Both parts.

Book review for Mad Honey

This was a good book. Two characters telling their stories, Olivia and Lily. Olivia is a bee keeper and a mom of a teenager son. She was in an abusive marriage. She took her son and left for a better life. Lily is the girlfriend of Asher and she has a HUGE secret. Asher is accused of killing Lily. I’m not gonna say anything else about this book. Y’all are gonna have to read it. I give this book a 4/5

My late review for Dirty Laundry

OMG!! This book was a page-turner. Ciara seems to have it all. A wonderful husband and perfect kids. Mishi was Ciara’s friend. Lauren was an outsider. When one of them was murder, secret’s started to come out. The book started out in the present and then it went into the past. I highly recommend reading this book!!! It was so good.  I give it a 5/5

What I am reading now:The It Girl

April Coutts-Cliveden was the first person Hannah Jones met at Oxford.

Vivacious, bright, occasionally vicious, and the ultimate It girl, she quickly pulled Hannah into her dazzling orbit. Together, they developed a group of devoted and inseparable friends—Will, Hugh, Ryan, and Emily—during their first term. By the end of the second, April was dead.

Now, a decade later, Hannah and Will are expecting their first child, and the man convicted of killing April, former Oxford porter John Neville, has died in prison. Relieved to have finally put the past behind her, Hannah’s world is rocked when a young journalist comes knocking and presents new evidence that Neville may have been innocent. As Hannah reconnects with old friends and delves deeper into the mystery of April’s death, she realizes that the friends she thought she knew all have something to hide… including a murder.

OMG what can I say about this book?!?!

It's a real page-turner! Had me on the edge of my seat! However, the characters annoyed me. Nothing but bored rich housewives. There were some parts I really didn't enjoy.
